Traveling Site Locator
National retail store developer seeks individual to meet with our clients nationwide; visiting locations we have identified, and finding additional locations for client’s review. Must have excellent communication skills, and present a professional appearance. The successful candidate will have strong computer skills; commercial leasing / tenant rep experience a plus. Compensation will be based on pay per day when in the field, plus a commission when a store is built. This position involves 100% travel. The company will pay all expenses for the travel and lodging.

Job Requirements
Masters in Business Administration with two years controller experience. Supervise and review accounting staff activities and work duties to make sure their work is complete and accurate. Verifies and posts detailed accounting transactions to computer system. Performs month-end and year-end closing. Reconciles various ledgers and resolves problems of report discrepancies. Prepares financial statements and various management reports. Analyzes income and expense. Manages cash flow. Coordinates and prepares external audits and reports. Prepares reports required by regulatory agencies. Prepares nationwide state corporate income tax, sales, and use tax returns. Coordinates hiring and training of new employees. Can assist with customer and vendor inquiries.
